Lead daily workflow and quality control, assist with higher-end services, and keep the shop running efficiently.

Responsible For:

  • Oversee daily shop workflow and task assignments

  • Ensure quality control on all detailing services

  • Perform and assist with high-end detailing services

  • Train and support detailing team members

  • Maintain shop cleanliness and organization

  • Monitor supplies and equipment readiness

  • Communicate with management on performance and operations

Additional Requirements:

  • Prior detailing experience (lead experience preferred)

  • Ability to work Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
